Refund Policy
We offer a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, and in the original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@L3idesignsolutions.com. Please include your name, order number and product description.
If your return is accepted, you will be provided a shipping label for the return. Once we have received the order and verified the product is unused and in its original packaging, you will be notified. After the notification, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit car company to process and post the refund, typically can take 7-10 business days once submitted.
Any items shipped back to us without a request for return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable items
Certain types of items can not be returned for a refund, such a “Blem” sales. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Product Warranty
L3I Design Solutions offers a limited warranty of 60 days from receipt of your order. If you believe your product to be defective during the warranty period, please contact sales@L3idesignsolutions.com for warranty return authorization. Please include your name, order number, product description and details of the defective item.
If authorized, we will exchange the product without charge. You will be provided a shipping label for the defective item, once the item is returned to L3I Design solutions and inspected your replacement will be shipped to you within 7 business days.
This warranty covers only normal use. This warranty is not transferable. L3I is not responsible for warranty replacement should the item fail to function properly as a result to misuse, abuse, immersion in liquids, improper installation, neglect, damage caused by disasters such as fire, flood or service other than by L3I. Any alterations to the product will void warranty.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect our order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received an incorrect item. If there is an issue, please contact sales@L3idesignsolutions.com immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you have accidentally ordered the wrong item and need to make an exchange, please contact us directly at sales@L3idesignsolutions.com.
Shipping Policy
All orders are charged a flat rate of $4.99 for shipping costs. Customers should expect to receive an email via stamps.com with the tracking number within 7 business days from the placement of your order.
