This blank features a 1.180″ straight profile and 1:16 twist with button-pulled 6R rifling, delivering a perfect balance of accuracy, velocity, and barrel life. Each barrel is inert gas vacuum stress-relieved to minimize internal stress and ensure stability during machining and firing.
To meet the needs of elite shooters and top-level gunsmiths, every barrel is hand lead-lapped and air-gaged, ensuring ultra-consistent bore and groove dimensions throughout its entire length. These are the same match-grade blanks we use in our own rifles—now available for your next custom project.
